→Establish the perfect after-sale network and provide relevant technical support. →Establish customers’ files and codes through after sales network. →Response to any claim, inquiry, or suggestion within 24 hours. →Cooperate with customer and answer customer’s question. →Provide the information of technical, system, and instrument. →Provide relevant training of battery function and operation. →Execute customer satisfaction survey every three months.
